Payment

• Full payment must be made within 3 days into Maybank / CIMB account.

• Item(s) will be shipped as soon as after the payment has been settled.
  

• Prices are not including shipping & handling, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

• Item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days (excluding weekend & public holidays) of cleared payment - we aim to send a courtesy email to you to let you know the item has been shipped.

• Item(s) will send via Pos Laju / Pos Express.

(1st 500gram. Extra postage will be charge for total weight above 500gram)

Interested??

• To make an order, kindly send me an e-mail at pesonaput3lyeez@yahoo.com together with the following details :

i) The name of the item
ii) Size and color
iii) Quantity
iv) Description, etc
( OR If you have any questions / anything regarding the sales / items)

• We will try our best to reply you within 24hours with the information on the availability of the item, total charges & payment information. Payment can be made by fund transfer through MayBank / CIMB . (If you didn't get any reply, try to check ur junk mail to see if our reply has got there instead)

Terms & Conditions

• Items will be shipped to Malaysia only.
  

• Only serious buyers. No backing out after confirmation of order (please think twice before ordering). We will not hesitate to BLACKLIST the backout / deadbeat buyer. Kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore.

• All items based on first come first serve basis via email booking (please email me at pesonaput3lyeez@yahoo.com).

• Reservations can only be made for a maximum of 3 days, before I open the item for sale (again) to the next interested customer. NO last minute back outs or cancellation will be entertained.

• Full payment must be made within 3 days into Maybank / CIMB account before items can be sent out. (Please EMAIL me for bank account details). Items will be shipped after full payment is received.

• Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable. We are not responsible for losses incurred during shipping and handling.

• Prices are not including shipping & handling, unless stated otherwise.

• The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real piece due to the colour resolution when the photos taken.
